At Pi, our top priority is giving our clients as much knowledge about the home as possible. We will always do our best to answer your questions at the inspection and show you anything you would like to see. But our services don't end when we walk out the door. We make ourselves available to answer any questions you may have, long after the inspection is over. When we send our report, we also have conversations with our clients to fully explain our findings. Unlike some other home inspection companies, we understand our role is not to pick apart the home and give you unneeded cause for concern, so we communicate all of the issues we discover and the implications of the issues, be they very major or very minor. At the end of the day, we want our clients to feel informed, confident and pleased with how they chose to spend their hard-earned money.
