Before starting Pi, Greg worked in geotechnical engineering (part of the process in new home construction). His resume also includes carpenter and general handyman, which help give him a keen eye for issues and previous repairs (good and bad). He was trained in home inspection at the All American Training Institute, approved by the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board and is licensed to perform home inspections in Oklahoma
At Pi, our top priority is giving our clients as much knowledge about the home as possible. We will always do our best to answer your questions at the inspection and show you anything you would like to see. But our services don't end when we walk out the door. We make ourselves available to answer any questions you may have, long after the inspection is over. When we send our report, we also have conversations with our clients to fully explain our findings. Unlike some other home inspection companies, we understand our role is not to pick apart the home and give you unneeded cause for concern, so we communicate all of the issues we discover and the implications of the issues, be they very major or very minor. At the end of the day, we want our clients to feel informed, confident and pleased with how they chose to spend their hard-earned money.
Prior to forming Pi, Kyle served his community as a law enforcement officer. He is a licenced insurance agent with a background that also includes extensive experience in general home repair, restoration and carpentry. Kyle received training at Inspection Certification Associates. He has a knack for organization and spotting details, which serve as great tools when performing inspections and preparing reports for his clients.
