It all comes down to two things: communication and information. Those are the principals we focus on here at Pi. First, we clearly communicate every part of the process with our clients and have open dialogue to make sure all of their questions are answered. Secondly, we want to gather as much information on the home as possible and then pass that information, and the valuable knowledge that goes along with it, to our clients. In order to make sure that we are getting all the information we can, we use a variety of modern tools and techniques during our inspections and are always on the lookout for changes and updates in the home construction industry.
